Submission Information

Authors are invited to submit original full-length manuscripts with a clear emphasis on the theoretical or practical originality of the presentedwork. Papers must be written and presented at the conference in English only.

Only papers that are accepted and presented in the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library and indexed by EI/Compendex. IEEE also submits all conference proceedings for indexing to Web of Science and Scopus/Compendex, as well as a few other downstream indexers. Acceptance and indexing is subject to a thorough review process.

A Best Paper Award will be presented at the end of the symposium.

Participants who are interested in conducting Tutorials/Workshops or in organizing Special Sessions on topics of interest are encouraged to contact the Technical Program Chairs.
